Quartermaster Logistics has just announced that they will start shipping the games to North America very soon.

The problems that had been solved and we apologize for the delay in sending the games to North America.

We hope that very soon you can enjoy and savor the Jumble Jam.

Hi bakers,

We want to tell you that all the games were sent last week except the games that correspond to the backers of the USA and Canada.

•  USA and Canada: The games are in the USA warehouse, but there are some logistical problems that will cause shipments to be delayed a few more days. When these problems have been resolved, the games will be sent. We apologize for this delay. We hope you soon have your games in your hands.
•  Rest of the world: The games were finished sending last week. Shipments are tracked, however an automatic notification is not sent to each backer. There are shipments that can take more than a week to reach the destination. Please request tracking numbers only if it is strictly necessary or if you have not received your game on January 25.

Hi bakers,

Good news! We want to say that this week, we have started the shippings, some of you should already received your game or should receive it this week! We have almost shipped all games, and we will finish with the rest of them tomorrow and the first days of the next week!

For the USA backers, our logistic center have received your games this week too! So you should receive your games soon!

About the games' quality, we want to say that we are REALLY happy with it! And we are sure that you will be too!

Jumble Jam shipping status

Hi bakers,

Today we want to talk about the new calendar for Jumble Jam, as you know by our last update, we have had some problems inside our team and our estimated dates have been delayed. We want to be transparent about the shipment status, we know that the delivery date was October but we couldn't accomplish that date. 

Mainly the reasons have been two. First as we said in our 7th of October update, the games "have been shipped" but finally we were told, that this did not happen due external problems on port and a series of holidays days in China. Once these problems finished, our internal complications started and these are the reasons why we have been very busy these weeks, and now we have some delayed projects.

Jumble Jam Europe calendar:

• Game arrive to port: 20/10/2019
• Game arrive to our distribution center: +1 week
• Game's shipping starting: +1 week

Jumble Jam USA calendar:

• Game status: On their way to our distribution center in USA

*NOTE: This schedule have been given to us by our distribution center/manufacturer.

If you want to know anything more about this delay, we are here to answer your questions, you're on your right to ask us anything, because the game should have been shipped on October and finally will be arrive on December.

NEWS about the Shipping process status

Hi all,

Today we want to make an extraordinary update about the shipping status. As we said games should arrive to our distribution centers in a few days (a few days more for USA) but unfortunately, we won't can manage the reception and the start of the shipping as fast as we would like due a team member's health problem.

We're a very small team, and we always have tried to solve the setbacks as fast as possible, but this time we think that all games' schedule will delay about 2-3 weeks.

You will be informed about the shipping process once we have news about it. We hope games can reach soon to your homes!
